6-Week Aerial Pilates Course Nov
Perfect to get your abs working, your shoulders strong, and the mind peaceful. Using a hammock, suspended at either knee or hip height, creates an unstable surface to challenge your Pilates practice.
Aerial Pilates draws techniques from the Pilates mat work series, as well as from aerial arts. We will start with exercises low to the floor, before advancing to full body suspension and inversions. The aim? To find muscles you didn’t know existed in a safe and supportive environment, and to leave feeling stretched, mobile and strong!
Tuesday 5 Nov -10 Dec 6-weeks 3.15pm
Please remove all jewellery, belts, hair grips e.t.c before taking part in the class to avoid damaging the hammocks.
Wear comfortable clothing but please avoid slippery materials such as lycra to maximise stability in the hammock.
